Bajaj is founder of BAJAJ LONG LIFE CEMENT LTD . He is 55 years old, science graduate having vast experience spanning above 35 years in cement trading and manufacturing. He is behind the over all development of cement industry in Punjab. He established the first clinker grinding unit at Faridkot, Punjab. Later so many companies have established cement industry in the state.
He had developed and the successfully executed the overall company’s business strategy. He is expert in mechanical system of cement industry. He is also master in cement quality control. He has attended so many seminars at national council for building materials,
Ballabgarh. He has worked on so many research projects on cement.

Mr SatPal Bajaj is the original main promoter of the company, considered to be one of the pioneers of clinker grinding industry in Punjab, after successfully establishing and managing a trading company of cement and cattlefeed manufacturing unit, He jumped into cement manufacturing in 1989. He has vast experience spanning 40 years in cement trading and manufacturing. He had the exposure in industrial management, accounting, finance, HR and marketing.
